Why was she cast in this role when there are so many better actresses in this role. It baffles me. Her character is not interesting, just another obsessive agent role that Eddie Redmayne can do anything, his range as an actor is impressive in stage dramas, musicals, films. He never disappoints. In this role he is solid in everything he does. The plot is interesting and captivating…..funny how we root for the Jackal….not for MI6 agent. The location of the series is impressive and the plot is a high octane thrill. It is not comparable to the original, it is a worthy adaptation to our current times.
